A US Army Veteran and devoted husband of 58 years to Lorraine, a loving father to Melissa, Laura and Jessica, a cherished Pop Pop to Chris, Brian, Meg, Brody, Brock, Grace and Gavin, a beloved father-in-law to Chris,Ryan, Bryan and a loyal friend of Bill W. His spirit, strength, and compassion touched everyone who knew him and his love, wisdom, and legacy will remain in our hearts forever.

I know how much he loved my friend of 51 years, he also was a great grandfather to his grandchildren he will be very much missed. Rest in pease Joe you are with the angles and Jesus now!
Our Pop truly was one in a million, deeply loving infinitely caring & one of the proudest veterans ever. He shared his love, wisdom & insight with all of us…unselfishly & made a huge difference in the lives of all that he touched & loved. His words throughout his life, his love & his presence are forever etched in our hearts. He made all of our lives better, richer, fuller, sweeter & lots more fun because of who he was. He has left an immeasurable void in all of our hearts with his passing.
Joe was like an older brother to me. Will miss him dearly!

So sorry for your loss, lots of memories with my kids in the backyard Wolfe parties. He will be missed. He lives in our hearts ❤️
Joe was loved by so many, he was a man of values, grace and dignity. He helped more people than we will ever know with his kindness.
He always helped people up and accepted anyone who asked for his help and care. He was an example to us all as a citizen and a proud
veteran.
He always spoke about his beloved girls and grandchildren. He was so proud of Lorraine, the girls and the grandkids his face would light
up when he spoke of them. Lorraine and family he will not be forgotten. His strength and courage will always be present for us. He fought
the good fight with such bravery and dignity. His energy and spirit will stay with you all and his friends at the American Legion Hall.
Joe , was kind, considerate and always trying to help other people. I know, I will miss him and so will all the members of New Beginnings. He was a family man, loved his wife , family and spoke of them often. God Bless Joe’s soul and his family
Truly great guy this Ice Cream Joe. Had the good fortune of knowing him for twenty-five years. He helped so many—-including me. Got a feeling his old pal Ken Rice and he will be reunited.
I will miss Joe on Sundays, he was always a pleasure to see and never short of a joke, I loved his sense of humor and seeing him with his family, especially the grand kids.
Thank you for your service.
